Bolos levedos (breakfast muffins)

Portuguese muffins are a very soft but sturdy and slight sweet version of English muffins. Good toasted with butter and/or jam or used for a sandwich.

Freezes well.

Each muffin is a little over 3” in diameter and 1 1/4” tall.
