Canelas (Cinnamon Knots)

A traditional recipe from the Azores island of San Miguel.

A lightly sweet dough that's rolled in brown sugar and cinnamon. The texture is similar to a danish and the flavor is like a cinnamon roll.

Sold in packs of 2 or 6.
